Our Story
Every business has a beginning, and ours officially began on September 1, 2017. We are David and Sissa Bitton, long-time residents of southwest Minnesota. Many of you already know us well through our work in the floorcovering industry, and now we look forward to welcoming you to our newest venture... Bitton's Roadhouse.
Our shared passion has always focused on people. Family, friends and neighbors, of course... it's the people in our lives that bring us joy. Throughout the years we have made so many good friends who started out as customers, and we are excited to continue this tradition with the restaurant, bar and banquet hall.

David and Sissa could not have done this without the help of their son and daughter, Alex and Galiya, and of course the entire Bitton's Roadhouse staff. With all of the wait staff, buss staff, bartenders and cooks... it's a great team that's dedicated to providing the best in service and products.
